Notes: I wrote this song while we were still deep in the limbo of waiting for our son to arrive, after it had already become apparent that he would come fairly early. I felt scared for him, but my belief in him never wavered. True to that belief, he arrived safely. Now we are in a different kind of limbo. We are still at the hospital as he grows and develops the maturity required to come home with us. He is doing so well, and my belief in him is stronger than ever. I don't feel the same fear that I did before he arrived, because I can see and feel his strength every day. I am so impressed with him. Every day he grows stronger than the last. Every day he is another day closer to home.
