This week, I'm submitting one of my more mesmerizing tracks. There is something cyclical and hypnotic happening in the layering of the repeated guitar lines and lyrics. It speaks to the new year, and the way it returns throughout a lifetime. So far, it has returned so reliably in my lifetime that I might have mistaken it for a given. As we have collectively reflected on loss this new year, we know that the cycle is anything but guaranteed. "Next time" is theoretical. Be present in this time.
